House On Fire offices will be open to process MTN Bushfire 2020 physical ticket refunds from Friday 22 May until Friday 26 June, 2020. Due to the extended lock-down, holders of physical tickets have not been able to claim refunds for the postponed MTN Bushfire 2020 festival until now.

There’s no need to claim refund for ticket-holders who want to attend the 14th Edition of the MTN Bushfire festival, now to be held on 28-30 May, 2021. MTN Bushfire tickets bought for 2020 are automatically valid for the 2021 festival. The MTN Bushfire team is hard at work to put together an even more explosive festival next year, so those tickets will be worth it!

For ticket-holders who bought tickets at any of the ticket outlets in Eswatini, refunds will only be processed at the House On Fire main office. Refunds can be obtained between 9am-3pm, Monday-Friday. The office will be open for refunds from 22 May to 26 June, 2020. The public is asked to adhere to all Covid-19 health and safety practices, such as the wearing of masks, hand sanitisation, and social distancing, which will be in effect at House On Fire.

It is important to note that people seeking refunds must first fill out a refund request form online and submit it before arriving at House On Fire. The link is:

For those who don’t yet have tickets to the 14th Edition, we encourage you to secure your tickets now, while they are still available at 2020 pricing. Don’t forget, over the last 5 consecutive years, tickets to the MTN Bushfire festival have sold out well in advance to the festival. We are still selling tickets and have sold most of the tickets allocated to the 14th edition.

Despite our usual Terms & Conditions, which state that we don’t give refunds on tickets, the effects of Covid-19 have created such an extraordinary situation that we are definitely prepared to refund your ticket. However, due to the unexpected processing fees this incurs, we can only offer 75% refunds on festival tickets.
