With 2024 just around the corner we’re looking forward to welcoming back old friends and meeting new ones too! Our camp will be set up in its usual, prime spot between the sugarcane and shady pecan nut trees, a short walk (300m) from the entertainment area. For 2024 we aim to implement QR code tickets for Harambee to streamline check-ins and prevent the usual late afternoon bottlenecks associated with late crossings from South Africa!

Check in: From 10:00am on the morning of the first day of accommodation.
Check out: No later than midday (12pm) on the day of departure. Late check out will result in the charging of a levy equal to one day’s accommodation rate.

Camping includes:

•  Standing room tents occupying a maximum of 2 people with the option of twin or double beds (tents are not sold per person). Each tent comes with a bedside table lamp and power to charge electronic gadgets.
• Hot showers, VIP flush toilets, real beds and linen (no bean bags or stretchers).
• An executive chef will prepare gourmet breakfasts and coffee every morning in Harambee’s restaurant and chill area.
• A special blend of home-grown hospitality.

Bookings:

• Check–in and check out dates are required per booking with an indication of the number of nights.
• Every tent must indicate whether it is a Double Bed Tent or a Twin Bed Tent (two singles). There is a fixed amount of double and twin bed tents available (late bookings can’t be assured of double bed availability and will automatically revert to Twin Beds).
• Booking excludes festival ticket.
• Bookings are only confirmed once Harambee Hotel (Pty) Ltd) has received 100% of the booking/ticket amount and the client has received a booking confirmation from Harambee. Bookings cannot be transferred.
• Bookings cancelled by user more than 30 days before the booking date are eligible for a 70% refund.
• Bookings cancelled less than 30 days of the scheduled time of arrival will result in forfeiture of the full confirmation fee (by then crew and gear have been mobilised). No refunds for late cancellations.

Our sturdy spacious walk-in canvas tents contain two comfy beds, clean cosy warm linen, towels, a dressing table with a mirror, two director chairs and an electrical plug point to charge your cell phone or use your hair dryer.

Private Showers:
Rush adventures’ tent hotels provide each tent with your own personal outdoor hot shower and serviced porta potty toilet located discreetly behind each tent, giving you absolute privacy.

Catering:
Our Swati gourmet catering chef, will be preparing superb morning breakfasts for all our clients.
Friday and Monday Morning:
We provide fresh bacon and egg rolls with some healthy cereal’s, tea, coffee & juice.
Saturday & Sunday morning:
We include a full English breakfast at our new chill zone area consisting of Eggs, Bacon, fried tomatoes alternating with yummy Sausages and savoury mince for extra energy. There will be three cereals available with fresh yogurt with toast and various spreads for comfort eating. Fresh orange Juice with tea and coffee will be available during breakfast, getting you ready for the action-packed days and nights of incredible activities.

We are providing popular Pro Dome tented camp making 2024 an absolute blast for all our special people that choose our homely comfortable camps while visiting this great festival. Each walk-in pro Dome tent consists of two single beds with full linen and blankets with a VIP shared mobile toilet and shower ablution trailer.

Ablutions &Showers:
Rush adventure’s Pro Dome tented accommodation will be provided with a fully serviced communal ablution trailer with hot showers and flushing toilets.
